Construction crew is busy at the intersection of Webster and Lombard streets. The contractor will open up the intersection of Webster and Lombard streets this week and expects to meet the construction schedule without adding night work hours. On the other hand, to reduce impacts to parents and students, a second crew will start working on Broadway Street between Webster and Octavia streets next week when the Hamlin School takes a one-week break from the President’s Day.
