Construction of a water transmission line at the intersection of Broadway and Octavia streets.Construction of a 24-inch water transmission pipeline on Broadway Street is now moving along Octavia Street and is expected to be complete in about a week. Nearby sewer construction at Vallejo Street between Franklin and Gough streets is proceeding ahead full steam, taking advantage of the dry weather this week.
