A worker lowering a new water main at Webster and Filbert streets.The contractor will work at Union and Webster streets this Saturday, January 24. The weekend work is necessary to complete the intersection work when MUNI can de-energeize its Union bus on Saturday. A police officer will be on duty during work hours to ensure pedestrian safety and traffic flow. Sewer work on Webster Street between Pacific Avenue and Broadway Street will finish very soon followed by water main construction.
