The intersection of Van Ness and Vallejo looking toward Larkin As we begin to wrap up construction in the Pacific Heights/Cow Hollow area, the combined water and sewer construction will move to Vallejo Street between Van Ness Avenue and Larkin Street starting next Wednesday.
