Due to the holiday shopping in the area, construction work from Union to Filbert streets was suspended the last two weeks of December 2008.
Sewer repair work will resume on January 5 between Green and Union, and toward Lombard street. A new water main will also be laid along this stretch, followed by paving work shortly after completion of the water work.
